We're all indoors most of the time. So many are facing hard times, unsure of what the future holds.

Fear of the unknown, decisions to make that we never thought we would face.

Let's share a 'Spoonful of Positive' and maybe smile a little bit.

Worry is like a rocking chair: It gives you something to do but never gets you anywhere," humorist Erma Bombeck.

"Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less." Murie Currie

"If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude." — Maya Angelou

Do what you can, with what you have, where you are." — Theodore Roosevelt

"When it rains, look for rainbows; when it's dark, look for stars." — Oscar Wilde
