NASHVILLE -- Truck driver, 33-year-old James Turgeon was taken into custody Sunday, is facing two felony counts.

According to the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office, customers shopping at a market and church members, a box truck parked at a convinience store broadcasted music similar to that played by the RV prior to the explosion.

Turgeon faces charges of filing a false report and tampering with evidence. The tampering charge "damaged the speaker wire intentionally" according to officials.

Turgeon is held on a $500,00 bond.

No devices were found on the truck.
