Asheville -- January 5, 2026: A high-stakes law enforcement operation in South Asheville culminated Saturday afternoon with the arrest of a man facing a massive litany of criminal charges. Following a lengthy investigation, detectives and officers with the Asheville Police Department (APD) successfully located and arrested Masieuh Dewayne Morgan (19) on Saturday.
The arrest took place at approximately 12:30 p.m. near the 200 block of Long Shoals Road.Extensive Charges and New RecoveryMorgan was the subject of an intense search due to 25 open felony warrants.
