Asheville -- January 5, 2026: This month marks a momentous milestone for Western North Carolina as BeLoved Asheville celebrates its 17th anniversary. What began in 2009 as a small seed of an idea—that we are stronger together than we are alone—has grown into a powerhouse organization that serves as the heartbeat of community care in Asheville.
For nearly two decades, BeLoved has been a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to equity, justice, and the belief that everyone deserves a "village."
