Convicted Sex Offender Wanted for Not Registering is Arrested in Rutherford County

Rutherford County -- August 20, 2025: A tip led Rutherford County Sheriff's Office investigators working on the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force to a home on Sugar Bush Pt. near Lake Lure, North Carolina, on May 22, 2025. Tucker Davis DeLoach, the resident, was found to be a registered sex offender and was now on probation for Failure to Register during the course of the investigation.
The confiscated devices were subjected to forensic analysis as part of the ongoing inquiry. Investigators found illicit photos on the devices that were categorized as Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) throughout this inspection.
