The biggest dates on the immediate calendar are centered around Arden and Morganton, where pro-am formats are bringing high-level talent to the region.
Transforming Lives Tournament (April 21): The Cliffs at Walnut Cove—the same Jack Nicklaus-designed course that will host the PGA Tour in September—is opening its gates for the 42nd annual iteration of this prestigious event. It remains one of the few times a non-member organization is permitted to host a tournament on the exclusive property.
UNC Health Blue Ridge Jeff Carswell Memorial Pro-Am (April 24): Held at the historic Mimosa Hills Golf Club in Morganton, this event is a cornerstone of the regional calendar. Renamed to honor the late tournament chair Jeff Carswell, the competition features a unique "Shamble" format where one PGA professional is paired with four amateurs.
