Henderson County -- November 5, 2025: North Carolina Governor Josh Stein announced BorgWarner Inc., a leading U.S.-based global mobility solutions company, is set to significantly expand its footprint in Western North Carolina (WNC), creating an expected 193 new jobs in Henderson County.
The company plans to invest a minimum of $74.9 million to construct a new 220,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility in Hendersonville. The site will be dedicated to producing a new, unannounced industrial product, further bolstering the state’s robust automotive supply chain.
