Buncombe County -- December 16, 2025: The Buncombe County District Attorney’s Office announced today that a plea agreement has been reached in a case involving a sexual offense against a minor victim.
Joseph Tyler Klatt, 29, pleaded guilty yesterday to Second Degree Forcible Sexual Offense in Buncombe County Superior Court.
