Waynesville -- September 5, 2025: The Waynesviille Police Department announced the arrest of a man on Wednesday, now facing mutliple charges.
Officers with the Waynesville Police Department assisted Members of Homeland Security and the US Marshals-Carolina Regional Fugitive Task Force during a joint operation. Logan Pierce Plowucha, 20 years of age, was arrested and charged with numerous crimes.Those crimes include the following:-Felony Solicitation of a Child by Computer-Felony 2nd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor- 10 counts of Felony 3rd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.Plowucha is currently in custody and under a $250,000
