National Forest Blue Ridge Parkway Update:

Blue Ridge Parkway -- January 30, 2026: The following update by the National Park Service: The majority of the Parkway remains closed due to winter weather conditions. The Parkway is open in Asheville from the Folk Art Center, milepost 382, to Highway 25 (Hendersonville Road), milepost 388.8. With additional winter weather forecast for this weekend, conditions may continue to change. Assessments are underway and sections will be reopened when clear of ice, snow and debris.
