Buncombe County -- August 20, 2025: Buncombe County Government: The Buncombe County general property reappraisal is set for January 2026 and is underway following a delay brought on by impacts from Tropical Storm Helene last year.
Interim Property Assessor Eric Cregger provided an overview of reappraisal updates and a formal presentation of the Schedule of Values to the Board of Commissioners at its regular meeting on Aug. 19, 2025.
