Henderson County -- September 2, 2025: Henderson County Sheriff's Office: In the early morning hours of August 27, 2025, deputies with the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office responded to an attempted break-in at a business in Mills River.
Two individuals attempted to break and enter the business but fled the scene when a delivery driver arrived. The Property Crimes Unit, along with the Patrol Division Edward Squad, quickly responded and began investigating.Within hours, deputies identified a suspect vehicle connected to the incident.
