Waynesville Man Arrested on Drug and Weapon Charges

Waynesville -- Ocotber 19, 2025: Andrew Harris Lamel, 41 years of age, of Waynesville, was arrested last week after serving a search warrant at his residence.
Working with the FBI, the investigation led to Lamel being charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance. Lamel has been living in the area for several years after moving here from Florida, where he has felony convictions.
