Chimney Rock -- January 3, 2026: After a decade of transforming vintage train cars into a beloved craft beer destination in Fairview, the team at Whistle Hop Brewing Company is officially taking their "creative up-cycling" spirit to Chimney Rock. Following the challenges faced by the region over the past year, the brewery shared an optimistic update regarding their new location. While much of the area is still in recovery, Whistle Hop leaders expressed gratitude that their street-side building in Chimney Rock survived recent flooding without structural damage.
From Train Cars to River ViewsThe Whistle Hop team is no stranger to "doing the work." Their original Fairview taproom was famously built from two restored train cars—a project that required the collective expertise of their family of designers and engineers.
