To assist with snow removal and de-icing efforts, the following parking protocols will go into effect this weekend.Parking Regulations & Free ServicesBeginning Friday at 5:00 p.m., all residents and visitors are asked to observe these guidelines:No On-Street Parking: Please do not park on city streets after 5:00 p.m. Friday. Keeping the roads clear i
