2018 Art of Music- We are expanding!
The 2018 Balsam Range Art of Music Festival is shaping up to be an exciting event!
Make plans now to join us Thursday, Nov 29 for an evening of fun! We are kicking of the AOM with two different shows to choose from.
At the Coloniel Theater in Canton, we are thrilled to welcome Terry Baucom's Dukes of Drive! Joining them will be appearances by some of the Balsam Range guys in a special performance!

What better way to kick off the Art of Music Festival than to gather some of the most impacting songwriters to Balsam Range for a special night of music, fellowship and fun. Join Milan Miller, John Wiggins, Aaaron Biblehauser, Mark Bumgarner as Buddy Melton and Darren Nicholson host this evening of original songs by masters of the craft of songwriting. As always, concerts at the Stuart Auditorium will be held Friday and Saturday nights.
Master level instrument workshops (separate ticket purchase required) for advanced players this year will take place on Friday at the Terrace.
On Saturday, Dec 1, any AOM ticket holder can partake in one of several workshops on the grounds of Lake Junaluska ranging from songwriting, to dance or you can learn from the Balsam Range guys themselves. All are welcome to these Saturday sessions.
