Sound Healing in the Park Friday, April 16⋅6:00 – 7:00pm
Description:Finally as its warmed up outside we get to return to our much loved sound healing sessions!
We're till going to do it social-distance safe by hosting it over in Canton Recreation Park located at 77 Penland street.
Please join practitioners Terri and Alloyah as they play an assortment of singing bowls made of crushed quartz and precious metals and gemstones in an hour long musical meditation for relaxation.
A suggested donation of $15 is appreciated to compensate them for their sharing.
All are welcome to attend.
We can provide some yoga mats to sit or lay on, but if you wish to be more comfortable feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows and/or lawn chairs.
