Asheville -- Asheville City Police: Monday, November 1, 2021 

The Asheville Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying a pedestrian who was critically injured when a car crashed into him.
Officers responded to the 2330 block of Hendersonville Road on October 30th at 7:16 am for a vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. A vehicle traveling south on Hendersonville Road hit a man who was walking in a southbound lane of traffic. The man was transported to Mission Hospital where he is in critical condition. Officers have been unable to identifity the man who is possibly Hispanic.
