How to resolve AdBlock issue? 
Henderson County Sheriff's Office -- December 17, 2021:
*Editor's Note: A criminal charge is an accusation, by law, a person accused of a crime is innocent until proven in a court of law.On Thursday December 16, 2021 the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office was notified by Henderson County Public Schools that a staff member at Flat Rock Middle School, Maria Edina Walker was married to a registered sex offender, Jeffery Lynn Walker, and that he had been seen in a vehicle on the campus of Flat Rock Middle School (it is illegal for a registered sex offender to be on school property at any time.)
Upon receiving this information from the school system the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office immediately begin an investigation into this incident. As a result of the investigation both Maria Edina Walker and Jeffery Lynn Walker have been arrested and charged with the following.
Charges as follows:
Jeffery Lynn Walker, 46 years of age: (2cts) Felony Sex Offender Unlawfully on Premises (NCGS 14-208.18) - $50,000.00 Secured Bond
-Walker is a registered sex offender in NC due to an out of state conviction of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Minor in the State of Florida.
Maria Edina Walker, 50 years of age: (2cts) Felony Aid & Abet Sex Offender Unlawfully on Premises (NCGS 14-208.18) - $30,000.00 Secured Bond
*Both are scheduled for a first appearance in Henderson County District Court on Friday December 17, 2021.
