Buncombe County -- March 24, 2022: Buncombe County Anti-Crime Taskforce agents with the

Buncombe County Sheriff's Office received a request from North Carolina Probation and Parole to assist in a home visit of a probationer at 161 Turkey Creek Drive in Leicester on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 22.

Upon searching the residence with the assistance of a K9, officers located numerous items of drug paraphernalia as well as 16.3 grams of fentanyl.

Natalie Nichole McMahon, age 30, faces the following charges and is being held on a $125,000 secure bond:
- Level II Trafficking in Fentanyl
- Conspiracy to Traffic Fentanyl
- Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substances
- Possession Drug Paraphernalia
- Five Felony Probation Violations
Courtney Nicole Flynn, age 25, faces the following charges and is being held on a $140,000 secure bond:
- Level II Trafficking in Fentanyl
- Conspiracy to Traffic Fentanyl
- Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substances
- Possession Drug Paraphernalia
- Eight Felony Probation Violations
Additional charges are pending.
“Thank you to Probation and Parole for their assistance with this seizure of fentanyl. The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office will continue to work to dismantle drug trafficking operations in our community,” says Buncombe County Sheriff Quentin Miller.
