  4. Henderson County Man Charged with Sexual Assault of a Minor

Henderson County -- May17, 2022: The Henderson County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit launched an investigation into the recent sexual assault of a 5-year-old kid in Henderson County on Sunday, May 8th.

Detectives have charged Matthew Alexander Moses with one felony count of Indecent Liberties with a Child as a result of their investigation.

Moses is held in the Henderson County Detention center under a $100,000 secured bond.
The Believe Child Advocacy Center of Henderson County assisted with this investigation.
