Buncombe County -- June 26, 2022: Casey Nicole Sexton, 27, was charged with five counts of felony breaking and entering, four counts of felony larceny, four counts of felony conspiracy,

one count of misdemeanor larceny and three counts of second degree trespass. Trevor Dillon Price, 25, was charged with 13 counts of felony breaking and entering, 12 counts of felony larceny, four counts of felony conspiracy, one count of misdemeanor larceny and two counts of second degree trespass.

The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office Property Crimes Unit began investigating the case in early June after receiving reports from residents in the Barnardsville Community about break-ins at their homes. The investigation led detectives to arrest several people associated with the break-ins.

The couple was arrested on June 23, 2022 and are being held at the Buncombe County Detention Facility. Sexton is being held on a $40,000 secure bond and Price is being held on a $102,000 secure bond.
