Rutherford County -- April 25, 2023: Deputies from the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office Patrol
Division were on patrol in the Ellenboro Community on Friday.

They were in the vicinity of Walker Store Road and Soco Gap Road. Deputies attempted to pull down Julie Ann Catoe, 24,
of Bostic after spotting her driving recklessly and without a legal license. Ms. Cato did not halt, and there was a brief pursuit. When they were successful in stopping Ms. Cato, she was brought into custody and charged with the following:

Flee/Elude Arrest With A Motor Vehicle
Reckless Driving To Endanger
No Operators License
Simple Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance
Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
Felony Probation Violation (X2)
Julie Catoe was given a $17,500 secured bond.
