BC Sheriff's Ask for Help to ID Man Stealing Rent

Buncombe County -- August 10, 2023:  The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office is asking for help in locating and identifying

the suspect in this video.

The suspect arrived in a white BMW with a "distinctive limp."

The suspect is stealing rent from low-income housing complexes.

Below is the sheriff's department published CCTV  video showing a white BMW and a person with a "distinctive limp."
The theft allegedly occurred near the Buncombe County-Fletcher County boundary at Perry Lane Apartments.
