How to resolve AdBlock issue? 
Rutherford County -- August 13, 2023: Monday, August 7, 2023, Rutherford County Sheriff's stopped a car in Spindale
for an equipment violation.
An occupant of the vehicle admitted to having drugs in his possession. Deputies discovered methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia during a search of the vehicle. The driver's license was found to be suspended, and the passenger had an outstanding arrest warrant.
The driver, Todd Lawrence Marlowe, 51 of Pennsylvania, and Samantha Nicole Dixon, 29 of Forest City, were arrested and charged with the following:
Todd Marlowe:
Trafficking in Methamphetamine
Maintaining a Vehicle for Controlled Substances
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Driving While License Revoked
Window Tint Violation
Mr. Marlowe received a $100,000 secured bond.
Samantha Dixon:
Simple Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance
She was also served with her outstanding order for arrest.
Ms. Dixon received a $2,000 secured bond.
