Don't forget about our new craft event happening this Saturday in Rec Park! FREE Fall-themed crafts will be available for all ages and skill levels to create. You won't want to miss it!
Registration is not required but is appreciated by emailing sdunbar@cantonnc.com or feel free to just stop by between 1 and 3 pm!

FALL LEAF PICKUP INFORMATION:

Beginning Monday, October 30, 2023 through late December a vacuum truck will come by once a week to suck up any leaves that you rake or blow to the curb without being bagged.
IMPORTANT ALL other times outside the special pickup period leaves MUST be bagged for pick up.

Trick or Treat on Main Street

The Canton Merchant Partnership will be hosting its annual spooktacular night of fun and Trick-or-Treating on Main Street, so bring your little ghosts and goblins for this safe family event.

Don't forget to head down to Sorrells Street Park afterward for MONSTER MOVIE MADNESS! We will be showing Monster House at 7:00 p.m. (after dark). Ben’s Backdraft BBQ and Sticky 8’s will be moving down from Main St. to provide food for purchase at the movie! Feel free to bring your own movie snacks as well!
COSTUME CONTEST INFORMATION:
This year there will be a selfie station set up between Papertown Coffee and Grateful Table with a QR code to scan and submit your photo to the Canton Merchant Partnership Facebook page. There will be prizes awarded for best family, best adult, best teen 12-17, best kid 7-11, best child 2-6, and best infant.
PARKING INFORMATION:
The Academy Street, Champion Mortgage, and Smathers lot will be blocked off for event use. You will find parking available across from Sorrells Street Park on Main St and Park St.

Monster Movie Madness : Monster House 

October 31, 2023

The Town of Canton presents Monster Movie Madness, a FREE spooky movie event for the whole family! We will be showing Monster House down at Sorrells Street Park.
The movie starts at dusk (around 7:00 pm) so bring your chairs and blankets and get ready for a night of spooktacular fun! RAIN OR SHINE!
Food trucks from the Trick or Treat on Main Street event will be coming down for the movie to offer food and snacks for purchase. Feel free to bring your own movie snacks as well!

Pickle Ball Like a Bear November 18, 2023

Canton Middle School in partnership with the Town of Canton is offering this fun day of Pickleball to help raise money for the school. Register early - Space is Limited!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Registration for each team is $40 and can be paid by cash or check (made out to Canton Middle School) at CMS before November 18. Fees for registered teams can be collected the morning of the tournament.
