Asheville -- April 23, 2024:  News Release: The Asheville Police Department is asking for the public’s help with any information regarding

the breaking and entering of a business on Tunnel Road in East Asheville.

Asheville Police Officers responded to a business near the 1135 block of Tunnel Road around 4:06 a.m. on April 22 to investigate reports of a glass door being shattered.

Upon arrival, officers searched the premises; while canvassing the property, they located 28 shell casings from inside and outside the business. Surveillance footage shows two subjects entering wearing masks, they then began trying to shoot out the cameras.
