Asheville -- May 11, 2022: Asheville Polce Department announced the arrest of  Two males in the west Asheville region Wednesday afternoon by Asheville Police Department detectives and officers on weapons and drug charges.

APD officers attempted to contact Eziah Malik Stover, who was sought on open warrants, on Granada St. around 5 p.m. on May 11 while conducting crime prevention activities in the west Asheville neighborhood. He ran away from the officers on foot, tossing his backpack before hiding in a nearby forested area. Officers immediately apprehended him and recovered his discarded backpack.

Officers also made contact with a second person nearby in the 200 block of State St. around that same time, arresting Titus Armon Mole on weapons charges.
