Hendersonville Man Charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Hendersonville -- October 13, 2022: On Wednesday, October 5, 2022, Richard Lee Johnson, 56, of Hendersonville, was charged with Secret Peeping and Second Degree Sexual Exploitation

of a Minor by Detectives.  Henderson County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit. Major Crimes Detectives' investigation led to the filing of these charges.
The inquiry is ongoing, and more charges could be brought. At the moment, Johnson is being detained at the Henderson County Detention Center.
